Manchester Library Sponsoring Amish Program
MANCHESTER, NJ – Sandy Riley will present “Amish Traditions” on Wednesday June 25th at 2:00 pm at the Manchester Library. An Ocean County native, Sandy lived and worked in the predominantly Amish community of Lancaster, PA for thirteen years. She will tell her true-life story of her time spent as a midwife in Amish country. She will include amusing stories, photographs and facts that will provide the audience with a behind the scenes look at Amish culture.
