On Tuesday, October 26th we held our annual Halloween parade. The library was transformed into a festive Halloween party and parade. Little fairies, princesses, monkeys, firemen and all sorts of creative costuming adorned the children ages birth to five. There was a scavenger hunt in the children’s area and then a parade through the pier, followed by a piñata that broke open to the children’s delight. We had 40 children and 45 adults enjoying themselves. Then the party moved into the meeting room where there were cookies and juice as well as spinning wheel games. All of the food was supplied by the Friends of Little Egg Harbor Library.
Everyone had a great time!
