


Former NY Giants and 2006 Hall of Famer Harry Carson spoke to an enthusiastic crowd at the Toms River Branch of the Ocean County Library Tuesday evening.
Mr. Carson spoke of his new book “Captain for Life”. The book tells of journey through his 21 yearlong football career and his life after. He gave details of injuries sustained while playing and how he is now an advocate for retired players emphasizes the Traumatic Brain injury related to concussions from playing football and their lingering effects.
Mr. Carson answered a variety of questions from the audience and later signed copies of his book and memorabilia for the fans in attendance.
