The Stafford branch of the Ocean County Library is having a smoothie program for teens at 11 am on Thursday, July 12th. Amy, our blending expert, will teach teens how to make tasty and nutritious smoothies using fresh ingredients and a blender. There will be a blending demo, taste testing, guessing games, take home recipes and more. Teens with allergy concerns should contact the branch before the program to determine whether or not they should participate.
