Manchester Library to Present Organic Cooking On A Budget Workshop

At the Ocean County Library Manchester branch  on Thursday, May 3 at 2:00 pm, Jennifer Klein, a registered dietician employed by ShopRite of Manchester, will show you how you can get the health benefits from eating organic foods without breaking your budget. She will explain organic vs. non-organic foods and include a cooking demonstration of recipes containing organic ingredients. Food samples will be provided for everyone to try.
