Friends Adventure: The Tree Whisperer

The Friends of the Stafford branch of the Ocean County Library are presenting the program “The Tree Whisperer” on Thursday, May 3rd at 10:30 AM at the Stafford Branch. Jim Conroy, who has a PhD in plant pathology from Purdue University, provides a new idea in tree and plant care. His “Cooperative BioBalance” holistic healing approach reverses decline, strengthens, and awakens renewed hope for trees, plants, local ecosystems, and earth’s forests. Love trees? Talk to plants? Whispering means opening the heart and expanding intuition to communicate non-verbally with nature’s wisdom in trees and plants.

The Stafford branch is located at 129 N. Main St. in Manahawkin. This program is free and open to the public. Please register by calling the branch at (609) 597-3381, registering online at or in person. If you have any questions, call the library for specific information.
