HealthEase ‘Move Today’ Exercise Program
This is a non-aerobic exercise class for seniors 60 and over. The program will consist of posture, flexibility, balance, and strength training exercises using resistance bands. The Center for Healthy Aging at Kimball Medical Center presents, “Stroke Awareness,” the second in a series of workshops.
