Several OCL branches open Election Day

TOMS RIVER –   Ocean County Library announces that many of its branches will be open tomorrow, Election Day.

Those branches include: Barnegat (112 Burr St.,10am-9pm); Berkeley (30 Station Dr., 9am-9pm); Brick (301 Chambers Bridge Rd., 9am-9pm); Island Heights (121 Central Av., 10am-5pm); Jackson (2 Jackson Dr.,9am-9pm); Lacey (10 E. Lacey Rd, Forked River, 9am-9pm); Lakewood (301 Lexington Av., 9am-9pm); Little Egg Harbor (290 Mathistown Rd., 10am-9pm); Manchester (21 Colonial Dr., 9am-9pm); Plumsted (119 Evergreen Rd., New Egypt, 10am-5pm); Point Pleasant Beach (710 McLean Av., 1-9 pm); Stafford (129 N. Main St., Manahawkin, 9am-9pm), Toms River (101 Washington St., 9am-9pm); Tuckerton (380 Bay Av., 10 am-5pm); Waretown (112 Main St., 10am-5pm); and the Whiting Reading Center (Whiting Commons Shopping Ctr., 400 Lacey Rd., Suite 5, 9am-5pm.)

“The library will be open to provide our residents and visitors to Ocean County with the information they need, a warm and welcoming place to read books and meet, access to computers, the Internet, WiFi and a variety of library services,” said Susan Quinn, Library Director.

The library also announces that as a courtesy to our customers during the disruption caused by the storm, newly accrued fines for the period between Oct. 28 and Nov. 12 will not be charged and temporary library cards will be available for displaced residents.
