The open branches offer in-house computers and free WiFi access to the Internet, charging stations for electronic devices, programs for children and adults, and contact information for disaster-related agencies.

The 16 open branches include: Barnegat; Berkeley; Brick; Island Heights; Jackson; Lacey; Lakewood; Little Egg Harbor; Manchester; Plumsted; Point Pleasant Beach; Stafford; Toms River; Tuckerton; Waretown; and the Whiting Reading Center.
