Humorist LaRoche to address residents stress

TOMS RIVER –  Humorist and internationally recognized stress management consultant Loretta LaRoche will speak at the Toms River library branch Monday June 17 at 7 p.m.

LaRoche, an acclaimed speaker who has shared the stage with former President Bill Clinton, Ellen DeGeneres, and Anthony Robbins uses humor to reframe stressful situations and present a new perspective to deal with the difficult parts of life.

Her special brand of optimistic psychology has had a positive effect on the health of people who attended her programs.

Her teaching style and outrageous comedy are vital parts to her compelling “sold out” shows across the country. She is a well-recognized TV personality on PBS, having presented seven one-woman specials that have aired across the country.  She has also appeared on CNN, ABC, NBC and FOX and been nominated for local and prime-time Emmys.

LaRoche has written eight books and publishes a nationally syndicated, weekly newspaper column entitled “Get a Life: Sane Wisdom for an Insane World.”
