Meet the Ocean County Master Gardeners at the Stafford Branch

Members of The Rutgers Cooperative Extension, Ocean County Master Gardeners will be at the Stafford branch of the Ocean County Library on Monday, September 9th and 23rd from 1:30 pm – 4:30 pm to answer any gardening questions you may have, and/or to diagnose any of your plant cuttings that look in need of attention.  Drop in to find possible remedies to your plant’s problems or ask a Master Gardener a question on landscaping, soil preparation, vegetable and flower selection and growth, composting, native plants, seashore plants, container gardening, aquatic gardening, and more. 

The Stafford branch is located at 129 N. Main St. in Manahawkin. This program is free and open to the public, and there is no need to register. If you have any questions, call the library for specific information, or visit us online at
