MANCHESTER BRANCH LIBRARY TO DEMONSTRATE ICE CREAM MAKING

Local resident and ice cream enthusiast Mary Power will show you how to make your own ice cream at the Manchester branch Thursday Sept. 5 at 6:30 p.m.

Among the flavors that she will concoct for sampling include salted caramel and white chocolate ice creams and raspberry swirl/peanut butter gelato. She will also provide recipes to participants to try at home.

This program is open to all ages, free of charge. Registration is required. To register visit the library Web site www.theoceancountylibrary.org or telephone (732) 657-7600.

The Manchester branch of the Ocean County Library is located at 21 Colonial Drive in Manchester Township.
