MANCHESTER LIBRARY BRANCH TO HELP TEENS SPRUCE UP FOR GOING BACK TO SCHOOL

MANCHESTER – Middle school and high school students are invited to swing by the Manchester branch Monday, Sept. 9 at 6 p.m. to turn school supplies into works of art. Just bring your folders, notebooks, or any other items that you want to customize. Decorating supplies will be provided.

The Manchester branch of the Ocean County Library is located at 21 Colonial Drive in Manchester Township.
