Library Screens Oblivion

The Manchester Branch Library will screen the film, “Oblivion” on Wednesday, September 11, at 12:00 noon, 3:00 p.m. and again at 6:00 pm. See this popular science fiction adventure on a large screen without paying the admission fee of a movie theater!  

Jack (Tom Cruise) is one of the few remaining drone repairmen assigned to Earth, its surface devastated after decades of war with the alien Scavs. He discovers a crashed spacecraft with contents that bring into question everything he believed about the war. It may even put the fate of mankind in his hands.

This PG13-rated movie is part of the library’s Feature Film Series. It is 124 minutes long. Although registration is not required, early arrival is recommended.
