NJ Hope and Healing @ Stafford branch

A New Jersey Hope and Healing crisis counselor will be at the Stafford branch of the Ocean County Library on Tuesdays, February 4th and 11th from Noon to 4:30 pm to help Sandy survivors manage the emotional consequences – the stress and anxiety – of  Superstorm Sandy, and understand and explore strategies for coping with this disaster. The counselor will answer questions, and provide information about available resources. This program is sponsored by the New Jersey Division of Mental Health and Addiction Services, Disaster and Terrorism Branch, through a FEMA grant in partnership with the Barnabas Health Institute for Prevention.

The Stafford branch is located at 129 N. Main St. in Manahawkin. This program is free and open to the public, and there is no need to register. If you have any questions, call the library for specific information, or visit us online at www.theoceancountylibrary.org
