Manchester branch to screen “Prisoners”

MANCHESTER – The Manchester library branch will screen the film, “Prisoners,” at noon, 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. Wednesday, March 5. See this popular crime/drama/thriller on a large screen without paying the admission fee of a movie theater!  

Keller Dover faces every parent’s worst nightmare: his six-year-old daughter and her friend are missing. The only lead is a dilapidated RV that has been parked on their street.

As the police pursue multiple leads, and knowing his child’s life is at stake, Dover decides he has no choice but to take matters into his own hands. But just how far will this desperate father go to protect his family?

The cast includes Hugh Jackman, Jake Gyllenhaal, and Viola Davis.

This R-rated movie is part of the library’s Feature Film Series. It is 153 minutes long. Although registration is not required, early arrival is recommended.
