Manchester to present “Growing Older, Staying Healthy”

MANCHESTER, NJ – Learn how to stay healthy when you reach age 65 and beyond at the Manchester library branch 2 p.m. Monday July 28.

Health coaches from The Center for Healthy Aging at Monmouth Medical Southern Campus (formerly Kimball Medical Center) will discuss common changes, ailments, and conditions that occur as people age and they will tell you what to do to help combat them.

The program is part of the library’s “Chapters of Health” series and is open to the adult public, free of charge. Please register online at or telephone 732-657-7600.
