Stafford to present cryptozoology: Unicorns & Bigfoot!

MANAHAWKIN – The teen volunteers at the Stafford branch of the Ocean County Library will present a program on cryptozoology for children 10 a.m.Friday August 15th.
“Cryptozoology” means the study of hidden animals and is used to refer to the study of animals whose existence hasn’t been proven, such as the Loch Ness Monster, unicorns and Bigfoot. Participants will learn a little bit about a lot of different creatures that may or may not be real, play games, and make crafts to take home.
This program is free and open to children ages 5-8. The Stafford branch is located at 129 N. Main St. in Manahawkin. Register online at or by telephone at 609-597-3381.
