Adult Crafting Program at the Manchester Branch

Learn how to make easy and inexpensive yet beautiful flowers out of tissue paper at the Manchester Branch Library on Thursday, August 14 at 10:00 am. Library staff member, Alice Parfitt will teach you some basic steps to creating versatile decorations for a number of uses only limited by your imagination! All supplies will be provided by the library at no cost to participants.
