Master Gardeners to visit Stafford 9/8 & 9/22

MANAHAWKIN –    Ocean County Master Gardeners will be at the Stafford Branch of the Ocean County Library on two Mondays in September: the 8th and 22nd from 1:30 – 4:30 PM. They will answer any gardening questions you may have, and diagnose your diseased or dying cuttings.  Take advantage of their expertise. Their knowledge encompasses a vast range of topics such as container gardening, plantings best suited to our area, soil amendment, how and when to prune, vegetable gardening, composting, starting seeds, and more.


This program is sponsored by the Rutgers Cooperative Extension, Ocean County Master Gardeners.


 The Stafford branch is located at 129 N. Main St. in Manahawkin. This program is free and open to the public.  There is no need to register.   The library’s website is . If you have any questions, call the library for specific information at (609) 597-3381.
