DIY: Tie Dye @ Manchester

Ocean County Library Youth Services hosted “DIY: Tie Dye” at the Manchester branch (21 Colonial Drive) on Monday, August 18.

The event featured a history of tie dying, and its stylistic differences across cultures. This was followed by attendees learning patterns of tie dye (including stripes, polka dots, spiral, donuts, bullseye, double spiral, and rainbow), and creating their own designs on t-shirts.
