Exploring the Orthodox Jewish Community

TOMS RIVER – Lauren Roth and Ben Heinemann will present a program about the religion, culture and lifestyle of the Orthodox Jewish community 6 p.m. Tuesday, October 7 at the Toms River library branch, 101 Washington St.

An audience Q&A period will follow the presentation.

This program is sponsored in partnership with the Ocean County Human Relations Commission.

Lauren Roth, MSW, LSW is a graduate of Princeton University and a marriage and parenting therapist in private practice in Lakewood. She writes the weekly “Dear Dr. Lauren” column for Ami Magazine.

Ben Heinemann is a business owner in Lakewood and a member of the Vaad at the Beth Medrash Gevohah Yeshiva. He is involved in community affairs and is a facilitator in bringing together various ethnic and racial groups in a town of diversity.
