Manchester Branch Celebrates Black History Month

On Saturday, February 21 at 12:00 noon the Manchester Branch Library will host a performance by the Hope Cathedral Praise Dancers in honor of Black History Month. Light refreshments will follow the program that will include interpretive dancing to a few short spiritual pieces. The group is affiliated with the Hope Cathedral in Jackson Township.
