MANCHESTER – The Manchester branch, 21 Colonial Dr., will sponsor a presentation about superfoods with a cooking demonstration in honor of National Nutrition Month 2 p.m. Thursday, March 6.
Jennifer Klein, a registered dietician employed by ShopRite of Manchester, will explain what superfoods are, how they can benefit your health, and how to incorporate them into your diet. She will then prepare dishes for you to taste that incorporate superfoods and provide recipes to make at home.
